Where's my order?

Can I return my purifier?
Yes. Every order is covered by our 30-Night Breathe Easy Guarantee. Get in touch within 30 days and we'll sort out a full refund.
How often should I change the filter?
Every [3–6] months, depending on how often you run it. The Buy 2 bundle includes spare filters.
Which bundle should I choose?
One purifier covers a room up to 40 m². If you want cleaner air in your bedroom and living room, the Buy 2 bundle is the better value.
